Definition of heart disease
Which is the state in which the heart can not serve properly. As we know that the task of the heart is pumping blood in the body. The heart is a vital organ of the human body. Some things can lead to heart can not carry out their duties properly or we often call with heart disease.

Heart disease is the most feared diseases in the world because in a single day thousands and even millions of people breathed his last due to this disease. Heart disease can affect anyone, whether it's the parents who are elderly or even a child who is born from the womb. Whether it's a man or a woman. Either the Asia, Europe Or the people of Australia, all have the same risk in terms of heart disease and heart attack.

In the medical world, cardiovascular disease is classified into two kinds, namely coronary heart disease and heart disease Genetic.
Coronary heart disease is a heart disease which is caused due to narrowing of the blood vessels in the heart.
Genetic heart disease is a genetic heart disease that occurs due to genetic factors or descendant of the family.

In the USA, about 610 thousands people every year die of heart disease. This means that 1 out of 4 deaths caused by heart disease. Heart disease is the first cause of death in America. More than half of deaths due to heart disease occur in men. This means that men have a higher risk than women in terms of deaths due to heart disease.

Coronary heart disease is the main type of heart disease every year resulting in 370,000 deaths. Every year, 735 000 people have a heart attack America, and 525,000 of them are first attacks and the remaining 210,000 are repeat attacks.

Knowing the warning signs and symptoms of a heart attack so you can act quickly if you or someone you know is having a heart attack. If the first step right, then the Chances of survival would be greater.

In a 2005 survey, the majority of respondents-92% recognize chest pain as a symptom of a heart attack. Only 27% were aware of all the main symptoms and know to call 9-1-1 when someone is having a heart attack. Approximately 47% of sudden cardiac deaths occur outside the hospital. This shows that many people with heart disease do not act on early warning signs.

Heart attack has some major warning signs and symptoms:

  • Chest pain or discomfort.
  • Upper body pain or discomfort in the arms, back, neck, jaw, or upper abdomen.
  • Hard to breathe.
  • Nausea, dizziness, or sweating.


The risk factors of heart disease in America is high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and smoking.
Nearly half of Americans (47%) had at least one of three such risks. Some other medical conditions and lifestyle choices can also put people at higher risk for heart disease, including:

  • Diabetes
  • Overweight and obesity
  • Poor diet
  • Physical activity
  • Excessive alcohol use
